Upon arrival, each medical tourism patient is warmly welcomed by a dedicated Customer Help All Officer (CHA). This officer becomes the patient’s personal guide and contact throughout their stay, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and comfortable at every stage. From the very first encounter, the CHA ensures that the patient’s entry into the hospital is smooth and stress-free.

Patients are given access to a priority or fast-track line for administrative registration and medical procedures. This includes registration for outpatient or inpatient care, as well as laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic services. With everything pre-arranged by the CHA, patients do not need to queue or wait, allowing the care process to move forward efficiently and comfortably.

During hospitalization or treatment, the CHA continues to accompany the patient, helping to coordinate schedules, explain procedures, and assist with any specific needs. Whether it's arranging meals, interpreting for non-Indonesian speakers, or communicating with family, the CHA ensures no detail is overlooked. This constant assistance helps create a worry-free environment where the patient can focus on healing.

Once treatment is complete, the CHA supports the discharge process, assists with final documentation, and helps arrange transport back to the patient’s accommodation or airport. A full medical summary and records are provided, and if needed, post-treatment consultations can be arranged remotely. This ensures continuity of care even after the patient returns home.
